The Vortex radio-controlled airplane is a virtually foolproof way to learn how to fly. It is easy even for the beginners to use and it costs a fraction of the price of a gas-powered airplane. Start the variable speed electric motor and launch it by hand. The Swallow is extremely durable and quite resistant to crashes. With a digitally proportional speed controller, the pilot can adjust the aircrafts speed for altitude control. The proportional rudder allows for for swooping left and right turns. A two-channel transmitter provides flight control. Turn off the motor and soar with the birds with the 29" wingspan.
